Just Tri It – Your Roadmap to the BCT Sprint


We are pleased to announce they are offering 2 training days to help athletes prepare for this year’s September 1st Sprint.

Saturday June 22nd 2pm to 5pm

-          Triathlon overview

-          Spin Bike Session

-          Run Technique Session

-          A Swim Technique Session

Take away an 8-10 week training plan

Saturday July 20th 2pm to 5pm

-          What to expect on the day

-          Race equipment suggestions

-          Transition Practice
